How do I book a taxi in Bangalore with you?

Is my booking confirmed straight away?
You get a booking reference as soon as you send the request. We then call or WhatsApp you to confirm the booking, and the driver's name, number and car are sent to your mobile before pickup.
How is the Bangalore airport taxi fare worked out?
By the road distance between your address and Kempegowda International Airport. Each car has a minimum fare that covers a set distance, for example ₹799 for the first 25 km in a Sedan, and every kilometre after that is charged at that car's rate (₹24 a km for the Sedan). The booking box measures your distance and shows the working before you book.
Are tolls and parking included in the fare?
Airport transfers: Tolls are included in the fare. Airport parking and entry are paid at actual cost. Local and outstation trips: tolls and parking are paid at actual cost, on top of the fare, and on outstation trips so are permits for other states.
How are outstation cabs from Bangalore charged?
Outstation trips are charged per kilometre actually driven, from ₹12 a km depending on the car, with a minimum distance per day and a daily driver allowance. Because the final distance is only known at the end of the trip, we show the rate rather than a total.
How do I pay, and is there an advance?
Pay the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or by UPI. No advance is needed for airport trips. Local & Outstation trips and tour packages are paid in parts: 20% when the booking is confirmed, 50% upon boarding the cab and the balance before the end of the journey.
What is the cancellation policy?
If your plans change, please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible to cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
