How do I book a taxi with Bangalore Taxi Service?

Book online on this website, or call or WhatsApp us on +91 99868 51444. Online you choose the trip, pick a car with its fare and give your name and mobile number. We then call or WhatsApp you to confirm the booking.

Can I book a cab on WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp us on +91 99868 51444 with the pickup address, drop or destination, date and time, and how many people are travelling. We reply with the car options and confirm the booking.

How far ahead should I book?

Online bookings need at least 3 hours' notice and can be made up to 67 days ahead. For a cab sooner than 3 hours, call +91 99868 51444.

When will I get the driver's details?

Before pickup. We send the driver's name, mobile number and car to your mobile, and they also appear on the tracking page for your booking.

How do I check the status of my booking?

Open the tracking link in your booking email. It shows whether the booking is confirmed and, once a driver is assigned, the driver and the car. You can also call or WhatsApp us with your booking reference.

Do you run cabs at night?

Yes. Cabs run 24 hours, every day, including early-morning and late-night airport trips. Driver bata extra before 6 AM and after 10 PM.

How much luggage can I take?

It depends on the car: 1 bags in a Sedan, 3 bags in a Toyota Etios, 4 bags in a Toyota Innova and 10 bags in a Tempo Traveller. Mention extra luggage in the booking notes so we send a car that fits.

How do I pay for the cab?

Pay the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or by UPI.

Do I need to pay an advance?

No advance is needed for airport trips. Local & Outstation trips and tour packages are paid in parts: 20% when the booking is confirmed, 50% upon boarding the cab and the balance before the end of the journey.

Are tolls and parking included in the fare?

Airport transfers: Tolls are included in the fare. Airport parking and entry are paid at actual cost. Local and outstation trips: Toll, parking, placard and interstate or RTO tax are charged extra at actuals.

Is GST included in the fare?

GST is charged as applicable and shown on your bill.

Are there night charges?

Driver bata extra before 6 AM and after 10 PM.

How is the fare worked out?

Airport fares come from the road distance between your address and the terminal. Local trips are a set price for a package of hours and km. Outstation trips are charged per km driven, with a minimum km a day and a driver allowance. The booking box shows the fare or rate for each car before you book.

What is the taxi fare to Bangalore airport?

It depends on the road distance and the car. In a Sedan it is ₹799 for the first 25 km and ₹24 for each km after that. Tolls and airport parking are extra, at actual cost.

Where do I meet the driver at the airport?

Your driver waits in the cab waiting area at Kempegowda International Airport and calls you once you land. Their name, number and car are sent to your mobile before pickup.

What happens if my flight is late?

Your driver waits for you at the pickup point. Long waits may be charged at the car's extra-hour rate. Add your flight number when you book.

Is my address too far for an airport transfer?

Airport transfers cover addresses up to 60 km from the airport by road. A longer trip is booked as an outstation trip and charged per km.

How is an outstation cab charged?

Per km on the distance actually driven, with a minimum of 300 km a day, plus a driver allowance for each day. In a Sedan the rate is ₹12 a km. Tolls, parking and permits are extra, at actual cost.

What is driver bata?

Driver bata is a daily allowance for the driver on outstation trips. It is set per car, from ₹400 to ₹1,000 a day, and is shown on the rate card.

Can I visit more than one city on one trip?

Yes. Book a round trip, choose your first destination, then add each city in the order you want to visit them. The trip is charged per km on the whole loop back to Bangalore, with the daily minimum and driver allowance for each day.

Are interstate permit charges included?

No. Interstate permits, RTO tax, tolls and parking are charged at actual cost, on top of the per-km rate.

Which places can I go to from Bangalore?

We list 54 outstation destinations, including Mysore, Coorg, Ooty, Tirupati and Chikmagalur. For a place that is not listed, call or WhatsApp us.

What does 8 hours 80 km mean?

You have the car and driver for up to 8 hours and 80 km. Time and kilometres are calculated from the pickup point. Extra hours and km are charged at the car's rate, for a Sedan ₹150 an hour and ₹15 a km.

Which cars have the 4 hours 40 km package?

The 4 hours 40 km package is offered in the Sedan and Toyota Etios and Ertiga. Other cars are hired on the 8 hours 80 km package, shown on the rate card.

Are tolls and parking included in local packages?

No. Tolls and parking on a local trip are paid at actual cost, on top of the package price.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your plans change, please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible to cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

How do I cancel or change a booking?
