Bangalore airport taxi rates
Each car has a minimum fare that covers a set distance, then a rate for every km after it, on the road distance to the terminal.
How the airport fare is set
- We measure the road distance between your address and Terminal 1 or 2.
- The car's minimum fare covers the first part: ₹799 for the first 25 km in a Sedan.
- Every km after that is charged at the car's rate. Trips over 60 km are booked as an outstation trip.
Tolls are included in the fare. Airport parking and entry are paid at actual cost.

Worked example: Whitefield to the airport
Whitefield is about 50 km from Kempegowda International Airport by road. In a Sedan, the first 25 km are covered by the minimum fare and the remaining 25 km are charged at ₹24 each.

How local packages work
- 8 hrs · 80 km means the car is yours for up to 8 hours or 80 km, whichever comes first.
- Beyond that, each extra km and each extra hour is charged at the car's rate in the table.
- The 4 hrs · 40 km package is offered in the Sedan, Toyota Etios and Ertiga.
- Time and kilometres are calculated from the pickup point.
- Tolls and parking at actual cost.

Advance
No advance is needed for airport trips. Local & Outstation trips and tour packages are paid in parts: 20% when the booking is confirmed, 50% upon boarding the cab and the balance before the end of the journey.
Cancellation
If your plans change, please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible to cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
Waiting time
Your driver waits for you at the pickup point. Long waits may be charged at the car's extra-hour rate.
GST
GST is charged as applicable and shown on your bill.
Charged at actuals
Toll, parking, placard and interstate or RTO tax are charged extra at actuals.
Time and distance
Time and kilometres are calculated from the pickup point.
